I stumbled upon this quote at Google+ and it hit home, this is so true with everything in life. Amazing! I must say I kept on re-reading a few chapters of my life lately and I must stop doing this if I am too start a new beginning.

I spent my day in the mall. The original plan was for me to stay in Starbucks and do some reading. Well, that did not happen. I ended up, checking the galleries. Here are some of the paintings I saw. My favorite paintings were from Galerie Anna [http://www.galerieanna.com] except the Girl with the Pet.
For me, I find art is a good form of therapy. It helps me get through the daily mundanes of life and different situations I find myself in. I find that if I’m upset, angry or just need time to think, seeing art can help me get through what’s bothering me.
