Artist Chris Ofili was born in Manchetser, England to Nigerian parents. His work has drawn inspiration from a research trip to Zimbabwe. He is a former winner of Britain’s prestigious Turner Prize for art, and his works include “No Woman, No Cry,” pictured. He is now in based in Trinidad.
What a striking artist!!!!!!!!!!!Love all his bright works…..Would love to hang one of his large paintings in my future home if money permits.
