Mind Wandering Takes Brainpower | Working Memory & Off Topic Thoughts | LiveScience.

Ummm really confuse, according to my teachers and people at work, daydreaming is a mortal sin.  Well, if ever I get caught, I have an excuse to tell them, I am exercising my brain and improving my working memory.
