Billy Miles is an artist from Southern California with a sound reminiscent of Billie Holiday, Nelly Furtado, Esthero, and Sade, yet her sound is distinctly her own. Her soulful melodies contain hints of Jazz, Blues, Modern Soul, Pop, and Trip-Hop. Her debut album, the self-titled Billy Miles earned Billy a nomination from the NAACP Awards for Outstanding Jazz /Pop Artist. Additionally, Billy is currently writing and recording new material for a follow up album. In a very small grassroots campaign Billy Miles received both critical and commercial acclaim for her recorded music and live performances. The stage has been set for Billy Miles to take her career to the next level.
