This is my advice in life!

  • Whatever traumatic past experience you have in your life, get over it and move on.  It is not your fault and don’t let it rule your life. You have the present and the future to look forward too. Forgive them and let it go. Don’t be too hard on yourself.
  • Don’t let your insecurities get in the way.  Always believe in yourself. If you will it, you rip it. You’re as good as everyone else and always look at your successes in life whether it is small or big. Write down your achievements, you will be shocked on how much you have done in your life and you will say, “Wow, did I really do that?”
  • If you don’t have self-respect, people you will be attracting will be assholes. Confidence is a tool to distract this kind of people away from you kindda like a pest repellant.
  • Don’t try to run away from problems because if we do, it will repeat the cycle but in a different form. Face it, deal with the issue and move and learn from it. Wherever you go, if you have issues, you will always carry that with you together with your luggage. Don’t try to find happiness in different forms, deal with you first.
  • Don’t try to please everyone as not everyone will accept you. There will always be people who will not like you since rejection is a part of life. Just embrace the people who understand you and cherish them with all your heart. Just be yourself. Don’t try to be you’re not in order for people to like you. As you go in life, you will always face all kinds of characters. If you let them affect you, you won’t mount to anything. Yes, it’s a fact of life that people will talk behind your back so why bother.  To hell with them! People will come and go. Those who stay are real true friends.
  • Be careful of who you deal with because it only takes one person to ruin your life. Yes, be kind to everyone but also be mindful of other people’s true intentions.
  • Don’t be afraid to take a risk. If you fall, allow yourself to grieve but only for a moment and move back up right away. Keep trying till you get what you hope for.
  • Don’t make important life decisions if you are down and depress as you might make the biggest mistake in your life. Allow your mind to rest and way the pros and cons of what you are about to embark.
  • Learn to give but always assess your receiver as they might be taking advantage of you.
  • Don’t expect people to save you. Remember self-reliance is the key. You can only save yourself not anyone but you.
  • Be open to criticism. We are all not perfect and learn to accept our mistakes and try to absorb what you have just learned and carry it with you always. Don’t be a stubborn pig.
  • Never settle. Always strive for the best because you deserve it.
  • Look at our ordinary heroes and listen to their lives. They all have stories to tell.
  • Always count your blessings as not everyone is lucky as you. Appreciate life more as life has many more surprises.
  • Don’t change your identity so you can please somebody. Don’t try to stay in a relationship because you are lonely. Settling for less is a complete waste of time. Better to be alone than be miserable.[Relationships]
  • If you are starting to feel lonely, sad, miserable or depressed; do a spot check. Once you start thinking negatively, brushed it off right away. Do something different, talk to someone or exercise. Just something that will raise your moods.
  • Don’t isolate yourself to the world. Break that wall down and allow yourself to see the sunshine. Don’t bottle up your feelings because you can break and never come back.
  • Yes, don’t ever feel alone as you are never alone regardless if you have many friends or not. You still have your family & God, ofcourse.
  • Don’t always force yourself in the picture. If it does not fit, make or create a new one especially for you.
  • You are what you think. Stop the negative thoughts. Follow and practice positive thinking as Law of Attraction is always present.

As soon as you master all of the above, enjoy the ride amongst the clouds of success and happiness.
